Do you have a Recipe to Look Better Naked in 2010?  If you do or if you do not, read on.  I have some suggestions to enhance whatever you are doing now or to get you started if you need that little push.

Are your YEARLY resolutions just wishes that never come true?

Do you have to look in the mirror to see your zipper?

Do they say about you, “Yes, but she has such a pretty face.”

Does your body have more moguls than a 4 diamond ski run?

If these are the least bit true about you, it can all be changed quickly and with no waiting.

This is not a diet plan, although you will need one.  It is not and exercise plan, but you will need one of those too!
It is a Recipe!
You learn the ingredient list.  Then…

You learn the principles of how to prepare this and you create your own Recipe to Look Better Naked.

How many diets have you started, some with success, only to slide all the way back to where you were.

It isn’t a diet you need, you understand diets but you need a recipe you can follow.

It has to be one you like and can do forever.

My Grandmother made pastries and when she got older, I wanted her knowledge.  I wanted to know how to make those roles and cookies and breads.  When I asked her for her recipe she said she did not measure anything but knew what to do by the feel of it.

That is how it must be for you!  It must become automatic.  You just do it by feel or if your are a musician, by ear.

I worked in Emergency Rooms for many years.  I saw the true emergencies caused by over consumption.  They were caused by not having a recipe and doing what ever hit or miss.  The worst cases arrive with heart attacks, heart failure, diabetes, severe skin infections, severely clogged arteries and other degenerative diseases from over consumption.  They were adding too many of the wrong ingredients into their bodies.  They had a recipe for disaster not health.

It does not have to be that way.  That is why I became a wellness coach and why I am going to offer this information for such a low price.  I would give it to you but then it would be cheap and worthless.  If you pay a price in time and money you will put more of this to use.  You will actually create a new recipe for yourself.

That is what I want, a new you.  Renewed by your habits. Strong and healthy until you are at a very advanced age.

One of the problems with medicine is that we are oriented to fix broken things.  So much of what we do comes from the study of disease and injury and  misery.  It is a must to understand those things but the absence of disease is not HEALTH.  Health is so much more.  It is a group of habits that are lived on purpose.  It is a recipe that each person uses to create a healthy life for themselves.  I am here to help you find your recipe.
